Understanding before implementation

Make the change
meaningful to your people.

AI change management brings together the purpose of a change, the people affected and the way work gets done. Our training connects these conversations with practical workplace examples and activities.

We help teams explore opportunities alongside concerns about roles, workload, trust and information. The aim is to build a shared understanding and a workable next step for your organisation.

Six connected learning areas

From understanding
to a practical plan.

The programme brings together technology, human behaviour and organisational change. Expand each area to explore the topics and an example activity.

The final scope, delivery format and duration are agreed around your audience and learning needs.

01AI foundations and evolution

Understand core AI concepts, the role of data and computing, and the development of generative AI. Explore capabilities and limitations, with context from earlier changes in technology and work.

Example activity: Map familiar tasks to possible AI support and identify where human judgement remains essential.

02Industry and workplace impact

Explore examples across business functions and sectors, including finance, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services. Discuss what could change in tasks, skills and workflows within your own context.

Example activity: Select a relevant use case and weigh its potential value, risks and information requirements.

03People, culture and uncertainty

Consider the human experience of change: trust, motivation, concerns about roles and opportunities to learn. Practise listening and communicating without assuming that everyone has the same expectations or needs.

Example activity: Role-play a conversation with a colleague who has concerns about AI at work.

04Leadership and change planning

Explore structured approaches to change, stakeholder involvement and leadership communication. Connect a clear purpose with responsibilities, learning support, pilot activities and review points.

Example activity: Draft a change plan with a pilot objective, responsible roles and feedback channels.

05Responsible use and governance

Discuss privacy, fairness, security, accountability and human oversight. Explore how organisational policies and information-handling requirements should guide the choice and use of AI tools.

Example activity: Work through a scenario involving confidential information or an inaccurate output, and decide when to pause and escalate.

06Future trends and adaptability

Explore AI agents, automation, robotics and synthetic media as topics for forward planning. Separate present capabilities from forecasts and identify skills and review habits that help teams keep learning.

Example activity: Develop possible future scenarios and choose useful next steps without relying on one prediction.

Please include your organisation, team size, training requirements and preferred timing.

Is this the same as practical AI training?

The programmes complement each other. Practical AI training focuses on using tools and prompts for everyday tasks. AI Change Management focuses on preparing people, leading the transition and planning responsible adoption.

Does my team need technical experience?

The programme can begin with core concepts. We discuss participants' existing knowledge before agreeing the content and level of detail.

How long is the programme and what does it cost?

Duration, delivery arrangements and fees depend on the agreed scope and audience. Include your team size, priorities and preferred timing in your enquiry so we can discuss suitable options.

Will we need to share confidential information?

Initial discussions and learning exercises can use general, fictional or appropriately de-identified examples. Any use of organisational information should be agreed in advance and follow your internal policies.
