AI can help with routine work, research and creative problem-solving. But useful adoption takes more than access to a tool. Your team needs practical skills, clear guidelines and the judgement to know when to use AI—and when to step back.
The Human Aspect brings the technology back to the people using it. Our training connects AI fundamentals with workplace tasks, your organization's policies and responsible everyday practice.

Illustrative examples, not a live AI tool. Use fictional or approved information and check every output before acting on it.
“Write an email about a late report.”
ADD CONTEXT + TASK + BOUNDARIES + FORMAT
Act as an administrative assistant. Draft a polite internal email requesting an overdue weekly report. Use a fictional project name. Ask for an update by Thursday at 12:00. Keep it under 120 words, include a clear subject line, and avoid blame or assumptions about the delay.
